The 124 floor Pentominium tower that is to be built in Dubai Marina will be the tallest residential tower and also it will be second-tallest building in the world after Burj Dubai. So Dubai is once again set to build the tallest structure. The construction of this historical structure will take about 48 months and it covers an area of 170,000 square metres.
